Hotel Policies

Boat Transfers:
Airport and boat transfers are included on the package rates but subject to the following regular boat schedule:
- Davao Marina Whart to Pearl Farm: 8:00am, 1:30pm, 4:00pm, 6:00pm
- Pearl Farm to Davao Marina Wharf: 6:45am, 10:00am, 1:00pm, 4:00pm
Davao Marina Wharf is located at Km. 7, Lizada Drive, Davao City. Please be at the Marina Wharf 30 minutes prior to boat schedule.
Any boat transfer outside of this schedule: Php 5,500.00 per boat, one way *Special boat transfer is subject to change without prior notice.
